✅ Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong wood or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

🚫 No Returns on Firewood: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wood that has already been delivered and accepted.
